Overview
Enjoy a peaceful evening canoe ride along the scenic Kongo River, admire the golden African sunset, explore the tranquil mangrove surroundings, and experience the natural beauty of Diani’s coastline.
Itineraries
4:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Arrival & Canoe Adventure
Arrive at Kongo River and meet your local guide for a brief introduction and safety instructions. Set off on a relaxing canoe ride along the river, enjoying the peaceful surroundings, mangrove scenery, and opportunities to spot local birds.
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Sunset Experience & Return
Continue paddling along the river as the sky transforms with beautiful sunset colours. Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere, take memorable photographs, and soak in the stunning natural scenery before returning to the starting point.
The itinerary may be adjusted depending on wildlife movements, road conditions, lodge availability, and your preferred accommodation category.
All refunds are subject to the relevant terms and conditions of airlines, accommodation establishments, national parks, conservation areas, and other third-party service providers. Any non-refundable payments or additional charges imposed by these providers will be deducted from the refund, where applicable.
- 60 days or more before departure: Cancellations made at least 60 days before the scheduled safari date qualify for a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit and any expenses or fees already paid to third-party providers.
30–59 days before departure: Cancellations made within this period will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total safari price.
15–29 days before departure: Cancellations made within this period will incur a fee equal to 75% of the total safari price.
14 days or fewer before departure: Cancellations made within 14 days of departure are non-refundable. The same applies to guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled safari without prior notice.
