Itineraries
7:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Hotel Pickup & Journey to Shimoni
Depart from your hotel in Diani Beach and travel to Shimoni, enjoying the scenic coastal countryside along the way. Upon arrival, meet your guide, receive a briefing, and prepare for your ocean adventure.
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Boat Excursion & Dolphin Watching
Board your boat and head into the beautiful waters around Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park. Enjoy panoramic ocean views while looking out for dolphins in their natural habitat. Dolphin sightings depend on natural conditions and are not guaranteed.
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Snorkeling & Coral Reef Exploration
Dive into the clear Indian Ocean waters for a snorkeling experience among colourful coral formations and tropical marine life. Discover the underwater beauty of the marine park with guidance from your crew, subject to weather, tides, visibility, and marine park regulations.
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Wasini Island Visit & Swahili Seafood Lunch
Head to Wasini Island and enjoy a freshly prepared local lunch, often featuring seafood and traditional Swahili dishes. Relax after your meal and experience the island’s peaceful atmosphere and coastal culture.
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Return Boat Trip & Transfer to Diani Beach
Enjoy the boat journey back to Shimoni, taking in the final views of the Indian Ocean. Upon arrival, board your vehicle for the return journey to Diani Beach, with drop-off at your hotel.
The itinerary may be adjusted depending on wildlife movements, road conditions, lodge availability, and your preferred accommodation category.
All refunds are subject to the relevant terms and conditions of airlines, accommodation establishments, national parks, conservation areas, and other third-party service providers. Any non-refundable payments or additional charges imposed by these providers will be deducted from the refund, where applicable.
- 60 days or more before departure: Cancellations made at least 60 days before the scheduled safari date qualify for a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit and any expenses or fees already paid to third-party providers.
30–59 days before departure: Cancellations made within this period will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total safari price.
15–29 days before departure: Cancellations made within this period will incur a fee equal to 75% of the total safari price.
14 days or fewer before departure: Cancellations made within 14 days of departure are non-refundable. The same applies to guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled safari without prior notice.
